Because the catalogue is limited to SRD 5.1 magic items under Creative Commons, every result is safe to use in your own adventures and supplements.

Rarity is the heart of magic-item balance, so it is the main control here. Filter to a single tier when the situation calls for it: commons for low-level rewards, uncommons such as Boots of Elvenkind for the early game, rares like the Wand of Fireballs for established heroes, and legendaries such as the Deck of Many Things for campaign-defining moments. Leave the filter on All when you want the tier itself to be a surprise.

Roll ten unique items to fill a dragon's hoard, or one at a time to improvise an unexpected drop mid-combat. Each card shows the item's rarity and whether it needs attunement, which matters when a party is already carrying its three attuned items and you are deciding what they can actually use.

Attunement and rarity together let you pace power across a campaign. A common potion early and a legendary staff late tell a story through loot, and rolling at random within a chosen tier keeps you from always reaching for the same favourites.
